San Marcos Elite Grading & Excavation is an independent lead generation and marketing platform. We connect consumers seeking local land grading, excavation, site preparation, house pad construction, French drain installation, land clearing, drainage correction, swale installation, retaining wall grading, driveway grading, culvert installation, and topsoil and fill dirt services with independent, third-party service professionals operating throughout San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, New Braunfels, Lockhart, Seguin, and surrounding Hays, Caldwell, and Guadalupe County communities. We are not a grading or excavation contractor, we do not perform any land grading, excavation, site preparation, drainage, or related services, and we are not a licensed contractor in any trade or jurisdiction.

  • Whether finish grades achieved by a contractor meet IRC standards, local code requirements, or geotechnical specifications

  • Whether house pad construction achieves required compaction density standards for local soil conditions

  • Whether drainage systems installed by a contractor adequately protect the consumer's foundation, property, or structures from water intrusion or flooding

  • Whether permits required by the City of San Marcos, Hays County, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, or any other regulatory authority are obtained by a contractor prior to commencing work

  • Whether retaining wall grading, slope stabilization, or culvert installations perform adequately under site-specific load and drainage conditions

  • Whether work performed meets applicable building codes, county road rules, or local permit requirements in Hays, Caldwell, or Guadalupe County

Any disputes arising from work performed by a service professional are solely between the consumer and the contractor. San Marcos Elite Grading & Excavation is not a party to any such dispute and bears no liability for the outcome.

4. PERMITTING & REGULATORY DISCLAIMER

Grading, excavation, and site preparation work in the City of San Marcos and unincorporated Hays County may require permits from the City of San Marcos Development Services Department, Hays County, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality under its Construction General Permit program. San Marcos Elite Grading & Excavation makes no representation that any contractor connected through this platform will identify, obtain, or comply with all required permits and regulatory requirements prior to or during work. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer and the contractor to ensure all applicable permits are obtained and all regulatory requirements are met before any work commences. Failure to obtain required permits may result in fines, required remediation, and other legal consequences for which San Marcos Elite Grading & Excavation bears no responsibility.

5. NO WARRANTY

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. San Marcos Elite Grading & Excavation does not warrant that the information contained on this website is accurate, complete, or current. Cost estimates, price ranges, project timelines, compaction specifications, drainage performance claims, and technical descriptions referenced on this website are general industry estimates only and do not constitute a quote, binding estimate, engineering specification, or guarantee for any specific project.   • Any permitting violations, regulatory fines, TCEQ penalties, or required remediation arising from unpermitted or non-compliant work performed by a contractor

  • Any property damage, flooding, or drainage failure resulting from culvert, swale, or French drain installations by a contractor

  • Any personal injury occurring on or near a job site during or after work performed by a contractor

7. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISCLAIMER

Excavation and grading work carries inherent risk of damage to underground utilities including gas lines, water lines, electrical conduit, telecommunications cables, and sewer lines. San Marcos Elite Grading & Excavation makes no representation that any contractor connected through this platform will contact Texas 811 (Dig Safe) or obtain utility locates prior to commencing excavation work. Damage to underground utilities is the sole responsibility of the contractor performing the work. Consumers are strongly encouraged to confirm that any contractor they engage has contacted Texas 811 before excavation begins.
